AnsweredSo, now that you made things more difficult, exactly how do I start up the client. There are no Icons on the desktop or the start menu.

Yes, I need the web browser to work. I don't want an app!
Also the Mac version says it's not secure and approved, so I have to over ride it, which I'm not comfortable doing.0 -
I didn't like the idea of an app instead of a web page, but I'm getting less spinning circles. I realize it's because it uses a different transport than web (80, 8080 etc...). But if I have to sign in every day when I start up, please remove the Captcha crap.

Hello, thank you for your question. If you cannot find the icon of the client, we suggest you try the following steps:
1. Confirm whether the software has been installed : Please make sure you have successfully installed the Blurams Client program. If it has not been installed yet, you can download the installation file from the official website or installation package, and then follow the prompts to complete the installation.
2. Check desktop shortcuts :
Sometimes, after installation, shortcuts do not automatically appear on the desktop. You can try searching for "blurams" or "Client" in the "Start Menu".
In the Windows system, click "Start Menu", enter "blurams" to search, right-click and select "Pin to Start Screen" or "Create Desktop Shortcut".
3. Manually create a shortcut :
If you know the installation path of the program, you can find the corresponding .exe file in File Explorer (usually under the "C:\ Program Files\" or "C:\ Program Files (x86) \" directory), right-click on it, select "Create Shortcut", and then drag the shortcut to the desktop.
4. Reinstall the program : If the Client is not found by the above methods, it is recommended to uninstall and reinstall it again. Pay attention to whether the option to create a desktop shortcut is selected during the installation process.
In order to better help you solve the problem, please provide the device model. And the operating system version you are using (such as Windows 10, Windows 11, or macOS, etc.). If convenient, you can also tell me the specific installation path or any error message.
