  Hello, we sincerely apologize for any inconvenience caused. Could you please let us know the reason for wanting to delete your account? Rest assured that we always prioritize user experience and will do our utmost to help resolve any issues you may be facing.
  
  If you still wish to proceed with account deletion, we will respect your decision. The steps to delete your account are as follows:
  
  1.Open the Blurams app and tap "Me"
  2.Tap the gear icon in the top-right corner to access "Settings"
  3.Tap the "Account" screen
  4.Tap "Account Deletion" and confirm the deletion
  
  Please note that account deletion may cause all device association and Cloud as a Service records to be cleared, so please backup important data in advance.
