Thank you for sharing your feelings. I understand that advertising content may affect your experience when using the product. As a product expert of blurams, I confirm that the official application and device of blurams will not actively push third-party advertising content. This situation may be caused by other applications or system settings.

To help you better solve this problem, I suggest you:
    1. Check whether there are any apps that may have ads installed on your phone or other device, and try to close or uninstall the relevant apps.
    2. Confirm that the blurams APP has been updated to the latest version to avoid any abnormal phenomena caused by the old version.
    3. Turn off or adjust the notification settings of your device or app to avoid unnecessary pop-up interference.
    4. If the advertisement appears in the blurams APP, you can describe in detail the specific page and situation where the advertisement appears to help us further analyze.

Your good experience is very important to us, and I will do my best to help you solve the problem. If it's convenient for you, can you tell me your device model and when this situation started? Have you done any operations during use? This way, I can provide you with more targeted help.

I agree these ads are overwhelming and unwelcome.

We are bombarded with ads even ads that come in at 3am with alerts that wake us up like the camera has detected movement.

    Please stop the ads.
