I cant seem to renew my unlimited camera plan, is it no longer offered?

We are very sorry. Since the cloud service is not a continuously available package service, but rather a service we offer only during our user appreciation events, it can only be subscribed to at specific times and cannot be renewed. Therefore, at present, you are unable to continue subscribing. We are extremely sorry about this.
In order to enable you to fully utilize our equipment, we suggest that you first purchase our regular package. Once we hold relevant events, you can then purchase the unlimited equipment package again.
