To better assist you, please provide your specific device model and the type of Cloud as a Service plan you are using (such as a 7-day, 30-day, or annual plan). Generally, after the free probation period ends, Cloud as a Service will automatically pause and you do not need to take any additional action. However, if you want to cancel your paid subscription in advance, you can find "Manage Plans" to unbind, or contact support@Blurams.com.
Please note that once the Cloud as a Service paid subscription takes effect, it usually cannot be refunded or refunded, but if you just want to terminate future automatic renewals rather than completely delete your account or device, you can make relevant settings on the payment page.
In order to avoid misoperation, it is recommended that you confirm whether a paid plan has been activated or prepare your account information, and then tell me the specific situation. I can guide you in detail on the operation process. In addition, please make sure that you have logged in to your account for corresponding management.
If you have any other specific questions about the cancellation of Cloud as a Service, please feel free to let me know!0
