Annoying ads

Hello, regarding the advertising issue you mentioned during login, it has indeed caused inconvenience to the user experience. We are very sorry. We understand your feelings. Blurams has always been committed to providing security and privacy protection, while also continuously optimizing User Experience. Currently, advertising push is mainly to let users understand the latest products and services, but we will convey your feedback to the relevant team and suggest reducing or optimizing the display of advertisements on the login interface in the future.
To better assist you, you can try turning off some notifications or ad reminders in the settings, or choose to use the ad-free version (if there are relevant options). This is false.
I arrived at this place, so that I can voice my opinion. You are NOT just advertising products and services, but also irrelevant apps.
I own quite a few of your cameras over the years, and it is saddening to see this is happening.
It makes the product feel cheap and lower-rank.
STOP putting up the ads please.

So im officially done with bluram and the ads.. I've been a customer for many years with 8 cameras. Over the last 6 years I've made regular complaints not about the cameras but actually the app and the unrelenting ads. These ads actually take control and stop you from accessing your cameras. So today is my last complaint as im starting the process of looking for replacements for my entire bluram products. The company DOES NOT care about there loyal customers nor listen to there concerns. We had a horrible incident in our neighborhood recently where a young person went missing and the Police asked if the neighborhood could check there security cameras to aid in the search. If you can imagine checking your cameras during such a terrible situation only to be hit with more full page ads that literally stop you in your track from accessing your cameras..and then while searching through your private data on the cameras SD cards your constantly interrupted with ads while reviewing the video.. as a bluram community more people need to voice there concerns about these ads. We own the product and I do not use the cloud service so how a company has the rights to control access to your own private camera is baffling. We just discovered the young person's body was found and the only comment the police made while reviewing our videos was about the ads. Say no to bluram and go choose a product that respects and listens to there valued customers. To emphasize how discussed i am in bluram I've decided to destroy all my cameras as I couldn't imagine passing these on to an unknown individual to discover the horrible app and the ads. If more of us stepped up maybe the bunch of pricks running bluram would grow a backbone and at least put in an option to totally disable ads. Not the crap solutions they gave me over the last 6 years that did nothing.

I'll chime in here personally, I like the cameras but , this ad crap has to stop I do not want to pay the extortion prices for cloud storage. I have an android nerd on staff and it took him HOURS to tweak the code to stop that crap of course talking to the company gets you no where with no follow up. Funny thing is I use my tablet for one cam Android and widows 11 for my other cams no ad's on that. Their interface is clunky and this 2FA crap is BS it's my network static IP and I have a VPN there answer, "we will forward it to our concerned team" who evidently is too stupid to fix that. I also had to write code to get the cameras to write to my NAS they wouldn't let me have direct access to the cams firmware giving me a line of BS, that said I did get in and rewrite the code. It shouldn't have been this hard so , technically there not blu rams cams anymore I even put my own boot screen on them LOL. Plus they lie about one of my cams being 4g/5g QUACK it don't do 5g and when asked about it I got the usual "we will forward it to our concerned team". I did sell a few systems to clients and have since had to remove them which cost me a few grand and replace with something more friendly eat it out of pocket.
