    1. Check network connection :
    Make sure the Wi-Fi network connected to the camera can access the internet normally. You can connect your phone to the same Wi-Fi network and check if the network connection is normal by visiting commonly used websites.
    If you are using a dual-band router, please make sure that 2.4GHz Wi-Fi is enabled, as all devices except A33 support 5GHz networks need to be connected to a 2.4GHz network.

    2. Confirm that the Wi-Fi information is accurate :
    Make sure the entered Wi-Fi account and password are correct. If you have recently changed the name or password of your Wi-Fi network, please reset your device and add it again.

    3. Equipment position adjustment :
    - Try to place the device near the router to ensure good signal and clear obstacles between the device and the router.

    4. Re-add device :
    If the device keeps flashing green and there is no video display, you can re-add the device through the [Troubleshooting] button in the device list or the [Update Wi-Fi] function in [Preferences/Settings].

    Dobrý den, po zapnutí svítí zelená , i po resetu nebliká červeně, nanejvýš svítí červená kontrolka, a pak se zase rozsvítí zelená, nejde naskenovat QR kód kamerou. Prosím, co mám dělat?
