Thank you for reaching out about the connection issue with your A31 camera. Let me help you analyze the situation, provide multiple solutions, and guide you step by step to resolve this matter.

    ### Analysis:
The "A31 camera will not connect to the server" issue could be caused by various factors such as:
    1. Wi-Fi Signal Strength: The camera may not be receiving a stable Wi-Fi signal. A weak or interrupted signal can cause server connection failures.
    2. Incorrect Network Settings: If there is an issue with the Wi-Fi name or password entered during device setup, this can result in connection failure.
    3. Router Compatibility: The A31 camera supports 2.4GHz Wi-Fi only. If you are trying to connect it to a 5GHz network, it will not work.
    4. Network Configuration: Certain network configurations, such as firewalls or router restrictions, may be preventing the camera from connecting to the server.
    5. Device Firmware or App Version: Outdated firmware or app versions can sometimes cause connectivity problems.

    ### Possible Solutions:

    #### Step 1: Verify Device Indicator Light Status
Check the camera's indicator light for clues:
    - Green Light Blinking: The device is trying to connect to Wi-Fi or the server.
    - Red Light Blinking: The device is attempting network configuration or ready to scan QR/AP hotspot setup.
    - Red Light Solid: The device is offline or not added successfully.
    - Take further steps based on the indicator light status.

    #### Step 2: Ensure the Correct Wi-Fi Configuration
    1. Compatibility Check: Make sure your router is configured for a 2.4GHz network.
    - If you're using a dual-band router (2.4GHz and 5GHz), ensure the 2.4GHz network is enabled. You can log in to your router's control panel or contact your Internet service provider (ISP) for help.

    2. Reduce Interference: Place the camera closer to the router (within 1-3 meters) and ensure there are no obstructions between the two.

    3. Wi-Fi Password: Double-check that the Wi-Fi password entered in the app is correct. Avoid special characters in your password if possible.

    #### Step 3: Reset and Re-add the Device
Manually reset the camera and go through the setup again:
    1. Hold down the RESET button on the camera until the indicator light blinks red and you hear a long "beep."
    2. Open the "blurams" app, tap "+" on the top-right of the device list, select the A31 camera, and follow these methods:
    - QR Code Method: Generate a QR code on your phone and use the camera to scan it.
    - AP Mode: Connect to the hotspot named "CAM_xxxxxx" on your phone and input the Wi-Fi details.
    3. After setup, wait for the status light to turn green.

    #### Step 4: Resolve Network Restrictions
    1. Test Internet Connection: Connect your phone to the same Wi-Fi network and open a browser to verify the Internet is working.
    2. Connect to Cloud: If the router has firewall restrictions, temporarily disable them or adjust permissions to allow the camera's MAC address to connect.
    3. Reduce Router Connection Load: Ensure fewer devices are connected to the router. Disconnect other devices temporarily if necessary.

    #### Step 5: Update Firmware/App
    1. Ensure the "blurams" app is updated to the latest version via App Store (iOS) or Google Play Store (Android).
    2. Check for firmware updates in the app:
    - Go to [Preferences/Settings] -> [Technical Info] and update the firmware if an update is available.

    #### Step 6: Manually Update Firmware
If the connection issue is caused by firmware corruption, follow manual update instructions using an SD card:
    - Contact support@blurams.com for an updated firmware file.
    - Format an SD card to FAT32 and place the file in the root directory.
    - Insert the card into the camera and turn it on to apply updates.

    #### Step 7: Contact Support
If none of the above work, note the camera's MAC address (found on the bottom label or in the app) and contact Blurams support for further assistance.
