    If you think a video from a certain day has been deleted, you can view and download the video from the cloud in the following ways (provided that you have subscribed to the Cloud Service):

    1. Check Cloud as a Service: Please confirm whether you have subscribed to a valid Cloud Service. If not, deleted videos may not be recoverable. Confirm the status of the Cloud Service by clicking [Me] - > [My Cloud Service] in the APP.

    2. View Cloud Video: If you have subscribed to Cloud Service, you can go to the [Library] page to view video clips, select the video and click Download. If your video is not found on this page, it may indicate that the video has exceeded the storage period of cloud storage.

    3. Confirm video storage duration: Different Cloud Service plans offer different storage durations. For example, a 7-day Cloud as a Service video can be stored in the cloud for up to 7 days, and the system will automatically delete videos that are older than 7 days.
