I have the same issue, I have 3 cameras but I cannot view events from the SD card on any of them. I get the spinning wheel which goes on forever, sometimes the view screen also turns black. I've tried many times over the past couple of weeks.

It's got worse now as even the live view on all 3 cameras has stopped working. It's just a constant spinning wheel. I've tried at all times of the day (and night) in case it's traffic / busy server but it's always the same. It doesn't matter if I'm at home on my own network or out using 5G the problem still persists. It's possible that the App on Android is buggy but it's difficult to diagnose. At the moment all 3 cameras are just junk.

According to the issue you mentioned, the A31 camera shows event markers on the SD card but cannot be played. There may be the following reasons and solutions:

    1. SD card status check :
Make sure the SD card is inserted correctly and the format supported by the device is FAT32. Please test the read and write functions of the SD card on the computer with an SD card reader and format it to FAT32.
Make sure to use an SD card with a capacity between 8GB and 128GB.

    2. SD card playback mode switch :
Please make sure to select SD card as the viewing mode in the Preferences/Settings section of the device.
On the real-time page of the device, try switching the timeline mode to SD card mode.

    3. SD card recording mode :
Check if the recording mode of the SD card is event recording mode or all-day recording mode. All-day recording may cause damage to the SD card.
    - Adjust the SD card recording mode in [Preferences/Settings] - > [Video Storage] - > [SD card recording mode].

    4. Check device status and network connection :
Make sure the device is powered on and connected to the internet.
Check if the equipment indicator light is green and always on, indicating that the equipment is working normally.

    5. Try to restart the device :
Restarting the device can sometimes solve temporary problems. You can restart by long pressing the reset button on the device.

If the above methods do not solve the problem, it is recommended that you try updating the firmware version of the device to eliminate incompatibility caused by software issues.

In order to better assist you, please provide the following information: What is the specific capacity of your SD card? And what are the steps you have tried to solve it? This way we can diagnose the problem more accurately. If the problem still exists, you can always contact our support team for further assistance.

The SD cards are all 64GB (3 of them, one in each camera).

So far, I've tried rebooting the cameras, rebooting my internet router, formatting the SD cards using the Blurams app, formatting the SD cards using Windows 11, powering the cameras completely off and after a few minutes back on again, uninstalling the Blurams App from my Android 14 Phone (Samsung) and reinstalling again. Nothing has made any difference. I can view the live feed even view the occasional clips that the camera records to the cloud but let's me see but anything recorded on the SD Cards just results in a spinning wheel. I've tried waiting for the spinning wheel to stop spining for over ten minutes but it never does and the SD card clips cannot be played. I can see that they are stored on the SD card as the percentage of space used on them increases over time, plus when I view SD Card mode on the APP the single line on the display is filled (in a greyish colour) showing that it is recording.

Also, sometimes when viewing in live mode the spinning wheel appears and after a while a black screen with a "Retry" message is displayed. Ordinarily you would think the server is just busy but it's been like this for three weeks now.

Forgot to mention, there is no firmware update available at the moment for any of the cameras. Current firmware version is 23.0418.*.* and the embedded application version is 2.3.38.12662. The Blurams App version I have installed is dated 22nd April 2025 version 5.1049.4.657. Google Play says the Blurams App works / is compatible with my device.

I decided to buy a new SanDisk Extreme MicroSD card to try in the cameras. Unfortunately it made no difference I still cannot view clips from the SD card. I think I have run out of things to try, unfortunately nothing has worked.

Here is the SD card that I bought:

I tried one last thing that I could think of. I reset one of the cameras and added it to the app from scratch. Still no different, I can't view any clips from the SD storage it just hangs with the spinning wheel. Looks like I may have to ditch these Blurams cameras and buy another brand which is disappointing.
