If you can’t see the Blurams live view but can access playback, and the device is now completely disconnected, several factors may be causing the issue. Let’s troubleshoot using the steps below:

    1. Check Network Connection
Ensure the router your device is connected to has normal internet access. Verify this by connecting your phone to the same network and accessing a common website.

    2. Review Device and Wi-Fi Settings
    - Make sure the device is connected to the 2.4GHz Wi-Fi network (except for the A33, which supports 5GHz; other devices require 2.4GHz).
    - Confirm the Wi-Fi username and password are entered correctly. If you’ve changed your Wi-Fi name or password, reset the device and re-add it to the app.

    3. Reset and Re-setup the Device
    - Press and hold the RESET button on the device until the indicator light turns flashing red (this resets the device).
    - Re-add the device to the app.

    4. Check Placement and Signal Strength
    - Position the device as close to the router as possible and remove obstacles between the device and the router.
    - If using a dual-band router, ensure the 2.4GHz band is enabled.

    5. Interpret Indicator Light Status
    - Light off: Check if the device is properly powered.
    - Flashing red: The device is attempting to connect to the network.
    - Flashing green: The device is trying to connect to Wi-Fi or the server.
    - Solid green: The device is working normally with no issues.

If the problem persists after these steps, please provide your device model and details of the steps you’ve taken so we can assist further.
