    Hi there! To help me get you up and running as quickly as possible, could you please provide a couple of details?
    Device Model: What’s the model number of your device?
    Problem Description: Can you tell me exactly what’s happening during the setup process that’s causing you trouble?
    You’ll usually find the model or serial number on a sticker on the bottom of the device or on the box it came in. If you can’t find it there, you might be able to identify it in the device list within the app. Let me know, and I’ll be happy to walk you through it!
