Account setting

I have two A31s working perfectly but I lost the password and I can't register anymore since I always get an error. Can I delete the account and log in again with a new password? I would like to log in with my PC (windows) and with a smart phone and tablet Android . Please reply as soon as possible because I use the cameras for home security.
