Downloading Bulk Footage

Hello, we have a 14-day cloud storage plan for an indoor camera. How may I download the last 14 days of footage from the cloud to my device? So far, I have only been able to record pieces on my phone.

  To download the last 14 days of footage from your cloud storage plan to your device, please follow these steps:

  In the Library:

  Navigate to the [Library] page within the Blurams app.Select the video clip(s) you want to download and click on the download icon.

  Through Favorites:

  Move to [Me] → [Favorites].Tap on [Favorites], select the desired video clip and click the download icon.Live Page Recording:

  During a live stream, you can tap the download button to record and download real-time videos.

  Can I download whole days at a time?

  Hello - Can you please tell us how to downalod at least a whole day at a time? Our dog just passed and our 14 day plan has our last moments with him. Please help us download.
