Blurams A30C can't connect to server

I've had an A30C camera for several years and recently it couldn't connect to the server, I tried to reconnect it through the app.
I followed the instructions and it says "Wifi Connection Successful" and the camera is trying to connect to the server.
However it always fails to connect (only the green LED flashes).
But my other brands of cameras work fine (they are connected to the same router).
Please help fix this issue.

P.S: I tried restarting all network devices but the problem persists
