Bad power cords for two outdoor cameras

I think there’s a problem with your power supplies for your 12 V operated cameras. Both of my outdoor cameras, which are, A22c, have been running for six months at two different locations and both power cords are not reading 12 V. They’re down to seven and 8 V and I had to take a cord from another device and test it and the cameras worked when it’s 12 V but it won’t work with these existing chargers that come with the cameras A22C . So these chargers have degraded down to less than 12 V in a short six month period. I need to chargers, so my cameras are work again. What do I do to get the chargers replaced?

  I have the same problem. 

  I have had my camera operating for a couple months. Recently it went off line and the LED's went out. 

  I checked the power supply connections to both the AC outlet and the DC power cord. 

  After using a volt meter the result was zero voltage from the supply, no 12 volts. 

  I then took the supply to my garage and checked it again from a different AC outlet. 

  No 12 volts, the power supply has failed.

   

  How do I get a replacement power supply?
