Help needed!
Hello Support!
I have paid for two 30 day cloud plans but only need one.
You claim to have cancelled the auto renew on one of them but I now have been billed for both plans and you haven't given me access to either one.
Please cancel and refund one of the plans and issue a refund for it and then activate the other plan and give me an access code.
