Indicator Light and Night Vision

How do I turn off the red indicator light on my Blurams 2K security camera? I did what customer service told me to do, and it's still on. The reflection in my window interferes with the camera image.

Speaking of night vision, no matter what setting it is on, my yard looks pitch black. What is wrong?
