Camera not working with 4G data

The app does not load camera stream when I am on mobile data. It works absolutely fine for everyone else in my house hold/those I have recommended to buy the camera too. My phone settings are the same as those in my house, and I have even reset my phone and it still does not work. I have an iphone, up to date with latest softwares
