Live stream not working

I’m using the app. When I select my camera, I see the last image si the streaming provided, but it’s not displaying a live image. The Wifi logi is there. It’s not saying it’s disconnected. But the kb/s are at zero, the alarm/talk buttons are blaked out. Can’t move the camera. The date/time at the top left corner displays the last time I consulted the live stream. PS: I’m not home and NEED to see the live stream. What is wrong and what can I do?
