2 of the 5 A31s no longer connect

Hi, for about 5 days 2 of the 5 A31 cameras have a fixed RED light and are not online. I tried to reinstall, the first one DOES NOT RESET, the second goes into reset with a flashing red light but does not connect to the network!!!!!! I also unplugged and replugged the cable
