AnsweredIf I were to pay to upgrade my free account now. What I be able to retrieve video footage from a specific day and time just before I paid to upgrade my account?

Dear Customer,Thank you for reaching out to Blurams Support.If you upgrade your free account to a paid Cloud Service, you will **not** be able to retrieve video footage from a specific day and time prior to your subscription upgrade. The Cloud Service only stores videos from the time you activate the service onward. Unfortunately, any events recorded before the subscription activation will not be accessible as they were not stored in the cloud.However, with the new Cloud Service subscription, your device will support continuous 24/7 video recording and storage for future use, allowing you to quickly playback any saved videos.If you have any further questions or need assistance, please let us know.
