  Dear Customer,

   

  I understand that your device's video image is appearing upside down. This is a common issue that can be easily resolved by adjusting the settings in the Blurams app. Please follow these steps to correct the video orientation:

   

  1. Open the Blurams app on your smartphone.

  2. Navigate to the device's live view page.

  3. Tap on the settings icon (usually represented by a gear or three dots).

  4. Find and select the "Preferences/Settings" option.

  5. Look for the "Rotate 180°" option and enable it.

   

  This should flip the video image to the correct orientation.
