Dear Customer,I understand your frustration with the limitations you're encountering with your Blurams camera. Let me explain how the current system operates and offer some solutions. The default duration of each video in the library is 12 seconds if the device lacks a Cloud Service subscription or if the subscription expires. This is the basic feature offered by Blurams for all users, providing lifetime valid event recording, which stores events from the last 24 hours in the cloud, each lasting around 12 seconds. If you wish to access full event videos, you would need to subscribe to a Cloud Service. The benefits of subscribing include:1. **24/7 Continuous Recording**: Save the device's videos to the cloud for continuous access.2. **Face Recognition**: Enjoy advanced features like face recognition to tag and find family, friends, or frequent visitors.3. **Longer Video Storage**: Save videos for extended periods, preventing loss due to storage limits.4. **Additional Storage**: Get extra space for your favorite video collections which are stored permanently.5. **Sharing Capabilities**: Easily share interesting or important video clips via social platforms. To mitigate the current limitations without a subscription, consider the following:1. **SD Card Usage**: Utilize an SD card (8GB to 128GB) to record and store videos continuously or event-wise, even without a cloud subscription.- Insert the SD card and ensure it's formatted to FAT32.- Switch to SD card viewing through the device's [Preferences/Settings] -> [Video Storage] -> Select SD card as the viewing mode.2. **Notification Adjustment**: Manage how and when you receive notifications and recorded events to minimize disturbances while leveraging the available features to their fullest.Your satisfaction is our priority, and we strive to ensure our services offer the best value. I hope this information helps you understand the features and how best to utilize them.Could you please provide the device MAC address/SN, your Blurams app login account, and your preferred email address for follow-up? This will enable us to assist you better.Best regards,Blurams Support Team0

I'm having the same issues, I've put a SD card into the camera but can't figure out how to get it to record/view more than 12 seconds.
