    1. **Check Microphone Settings**:
    - Open the Blurams app on your phone.
    - Go to [Preferences/Settings] -> [Device Settings] for your A31 camera.
    - Ensure the microphone is enabled.
     
    2. **Verify App Permissions**:
    - Ensure that the app has permission to use the microphone on your phone.
    - For Android: Go to Settings -> Apps -> Blurams -> Permissions -> Microphone.
    - For iOS: Go to Settings -> Blurams -> Microphone.
     
    3. **Check Audio Levels**:
    - While on the live view page of your camera in the app, ensure the audio volume is turned up.
    - Make sure your phone is not on silent mode and the volume is turned up.
     
    4. **Restart and Reset**:
    - Try restarting the camera from the app.
    - If the issue persists, perform a factory reset on the camera by pressing and holding the reset button for 5-10 seconds until the indicator light changes.
     
    5. **Network Connection**:

    Hello, I am from Ecuador and sorry for the English. I have the same problem and I asked four days ago and I have not received a response. Considering that they gave you an answer, I wanted to see if they managed to solve the problem and maybe you can guide me on what to do. I appreciate your support.

    You can try to increase the volume to maximum for your iPhone or Android phone. When I had the problem, everything looked like it was working but there was no sound. I realised that the volume of the mic is very soft.

    I’m experiencing the same issue. I have 4 cameras, and the microphones were working fine. Today, only one is working — I can’t hear anything from the other three.
