A31 camera mic not working
AnsweredI bought two A31 2 years ago, and the two-way audio was working previously.
Recently i discovered the mic on the camera is not working.
I can use my phone to talk to the camera mic, but i cant hear anything from the camera end when people are talking.
I tried all the recommended fixes on the internet, doesn't work and many people are facing this problem. Can Blurams pls fix.
I sent an email to support@blurams.com, and the email bounced.

You can try to increase the volume to maximum for your iPhone or Android phone. When I had the problem, everything looked like it was working but there was no sound. I realised that the volume of the mic is very soft.

I’m experiencing the same issue. I have 4 cameras, and the microphones were working fine. Today, only one is working — I can’t hear anything from the other three.
