    Please try to following steps:
    1. Ensure the service is associated with the intended device in [Me]-[Cloud Service].
    2. Check if cloud recording is enabled in the device [Preferences/Settings]->[Storage] by turning on [Record video to the cloud].
    3. Verify the video timeline data source is set to "cloud" in [Preferences/Settings]->[Storage] or on the live page by clicking the SD card button.
