    I am having the same issue! It says login failed and to please try again with error code 283504! Is there anyone that can help us with this issue?

    Tell me, please, did you buy space on blurams cloud?

    Not that I am aware of! I only purchase the 30 days recording at a time, but nothing was mentioned about space on blurams cloud! So I don't know why we are having issues today, when we didn't before!

    I think that their only interest is to sell cloud space. You can see this from continued ads. We can only hope that our cameras will go back on the normal state. This will be possible only if they will fix this error for all of us and not only for who buy space.

    That could be and makes sense regarding your message with all the continued ads!  I truly hope as well that our cameras will go back to normal state and that they fix the error soon!

    I just tried:
    1)To log again but got the same error message.

    2)After that I deinstalled the app and reinstalled again from Playstore and after I input email and password now it works.

    If you want you can try the same

    I will try to do that in the morning and will let you know if that worked for me as well! Thank you for letting me know about uninstalling and reinstalling the app! Fingers crossed that it will work like it did with you! Appreciate your help and again thank you too as not being the only one with the error message!

    I think will be the same if you go on the Playstore and update your app.
    It's the same but doing this you will not lose your settings.

    I encounter same issue. App is up to date and also did a restart of the phone, but no improvement. Any other suggestions please?

    I found, along with the other person in this feed, that uninstalling the app and then reinstalling it did fix the problem! I hope if you do that as well, it will then work for you again too!

    Hi corinanegulescu
    you should try to deinstall completely the app and then download it again from the store.. Then associate again your camera with the app.
    If this doesn't work, the only thing you can do is to reset the camera and setting up again (restarting the phone is useless).
