    2. **Update the App**: If you haven't already, please check if there is an update available for the blurams app in the App Store or Google Play Store and install it. Updates often contain bug fixes that can resolve issues.
     
    3. **Check the Network**: Make sure you have a stable internet connection. You can verify this by opening other apps or a browser and checking the connectivity.
     
    4. **Clear App Cache and Data**:
