    Same problem here. I got those cameras because I have a health issue that I NEED to be able to see what happened in here... This is a MAJOR problem for me.... fix your s**** guys...

    Even if I have SD cards in the cameras, the web portal doesn't let you watch the history if you don't pay for online storage... It doesn't let me watch the SD card footage... COME ON!

    I tried wiping data... uninstalling and reinstalling... rebooting the phone... Nothing works... This is absolute garbage...

    For those still having an issue, the galaxy app has a older version that works as a temporary solution.
