The app works fine on my Pixel phone, Android 13. Could you provide specifics of the device that is having problems w/ the camera viewing app?

Same problem with app and same reason, because of a bug . Until yesterday it was working perfectly. I tried to reinstall and it did not fix it. It works on browser instead. No updates available.

Well it looks like the distribution of new version needs to be halted and more work needed on it. I haven't upgraded I don't think. That must be the reason I am not having problems with the Android verion I do have installed.

Try downloading the app from the galaxy store. It's an old version and it worked for me

    Dear Customer,

I'm sorry to hear you're having issues with the blurams app. Let's try a few steps to resolve this problem.

    1. Restart Your Device:
Begin by restarting your smartphone or tablet. This can sometimes help to resolve temporary glitches that might be causing the app to malfunction.

    2. Network Connectivity:
Ensure that your device is connected to a stable internet connection. You can verify this by opening a webpage or using a different online app.

    3. Clear App Cache/Data:
    For Android:
    - Go to Settings > Apps > blurams app.
    - Tap on 'Clear Cache' and then 'Clear Data'.
    For iOS:
    - Although iOS does not allow clearing app cache directly, you can try offloading the app which frees up space used by the app but keeps its data. Go to Settings > General > iPhone Storage > blurams app > Offload app.

    4. Reinstall the App:
If clearing the cache doesn't work, try uninstalling and then reinstalling the blurams app. This can help by removing any corrupted files that may have been causing the issue.

We value your patronage and are here to ensure a satisfactory resolution to your concern.

    Best regards,
    Blurams Support Team
