    I'm sorry to hear that all of your cameras are showing a "uh oh disconnected" message. Let's do some troubleshooting to figure out what the problem might be and try to reconnect your cameras.
     
    1. **Reboot Devices**: Begin by turning off the power to your cameras for about 30 seconds to 1 minute and then turn them back on. This can often reset the connection.
     
    2. **Check Device Indicator Lights**: Look at the status lights on your cameras:
    - If the light is **off**, ensure the cameras are powered on.
    - If there's a **blinking red light**, the cameras are trying to connect to the Wi-Fi.
    - If there's a **solid green light**, they should be connected properly.
     
    3. **Check Wi-Fi Settings**: Ensure your cameras are connected to the correct Wi-Fi network (2.4GHz is required for most devices, except the A33 which also supports 5GHz).
     
    4. **Stable Internet Connection**: Although you've confirmed the Wi-Fi and router are fine, it’s still worth checking whether the cameras are within a good range of the router and there’s no interference.
     
    5. **Update App & Firmware**: Make sure that you're using the latest version of the blurams app, and check if there's a pending firmware update for your cameras that could resolve the issue.
     
    6. **Re-Add the Cameras**:
    - Go to the blurams app and remove the cameras from your account.
    - Then, follow the steps to add them to your account again.
     
    7. **Network Environment**: Assess your Wi-Fi environment using the App's settings panel. If necessary, modify your router's settings to allow your cameras to connect without any issues.

    I have the same problem after applying a firmware update. Prior to the update the camera worked nicely. Since the update, the performance of the camera has been "hit-and-miss"
