Can’t see event show in timeline

I use SD card record. I can only see playback video in timeline with ‘no’ event color tap on right side of video timeline to show time of motion detect start and stop. Even through i put on all notification all time. How can i get event color tap on right side of video timeline?

  Is Time watermark on?
  Preferences—> Time watermark
  Let us know if that fixes it. Best to do a Reboot Device after selection change. Without version software and type/model of Camera. Also be sure you update software app if you have not already.
