Dome Light 2 A31 Camera 360° rotation Not Working...

I bought 3 brand new A31 Dome Lite 2 cameras few months ago, today one of those stopped working with the PTZ function. The sound and video work fine but the PTZ function stoped working. I tried to reset this one, I deleted and added two times again without success. Any solution?
