My webcam A31 doesn't connect

I've change the Wi-Fi password. After that my webcam doesn't connect. Serial Number: 1800240400201005281219

  I would do a manual factory reset to the A31 as outlined in the instruction manual. Your problem is more than likely while your SSID remains the same, the camera will retain the older password in it's ROM. Clearing the ROM to factory specs wil then require you to go thrugh the same procedure when you initially set up the camera the first time.
