Failed to connect to the server
I have an indoor dome A31 camera, was working fine until a few months ago, when I try to configure the camera with the new wifi network, is able to connect first, however hen give the failed to connect to the server error, I have read other post looked for following all steps, tred different things and still is not connecting.

Now having some many posts on the same issue, it is disappointing not to have a solution to this issue via a patch or something.
I have 2 other cameras different brand, none of them presented any issues in connecting to wifi networks, and reconfigure after moving. You have definitively a lot to do to improve the quality of your product.

I have the same issue right now with all of my 6 cameras. Did anyone here got their issue resolved? Or did you have to get reimbursed and purchase other cameras?

Same issue & it’s consistent every month it’s something. This time it is not resetting at all
