CAMERAS SEND A MESSAGE CONNECTION LOST

Cameras are on 2.4 mhz loose connection and turno very slow to either show images in real time or getting videos stored in the SD Memory Card. I have rebooted my router several times, rebooted cameras, unplugged and plugged back in, nothing works. I have Email for contact support@bluerams.com and doesn´t work either, Emails are sent back...
