We have recently having trouble connecting our S15F Model to the Network
so we try the Following Steps
Reset the Device and reconnect to the network using the app in smartphone, follow the
app's guide to connect to a 2.4Ghz WiFi. the camera is blinking red LED, so we face
the camera to the QR Code presented on the Smartphone. Device makes a beep twice
and we heard Voice Prompt "WiFi Connections Successful" and then right after Voice Prompt again "WiFi Network Error the Camera is having trouble connecting to the Network" we tried a few more times but to no avail.
We Try to Connect to a Different WiFi Network, but the results is still the same, at this point we wonder if there is a Repair / Service Center for this Product, so we can send it for Proper Diagnostics, i try reading the Forum but there is none that matches to the error we currently experiencing .
