Motion tracking and ceiling fan

Motion tracking keeps freezing on our ceiling fan we have tried the activity blocks and it still ends up catching the movement of the ceiling fan. And point up

  We're sincerely sorry for the inconvenience you've encountered. 

  Please try to avoid moving objects appearing in the picture, here are 3 ways you can solve this issue.

  1, Please place the camera in a different spot so that it can both cover the area you wish to monitor, and doesn't see the fan.

  2, If motion tracking isn't an essential function to you, please turn it off so it'll always point to the same place.

  3, If there's something you can use to block the sight of the fan, feel free to try it out, like placing an object in front of the camera that only blocks the fan so that the camera doesn't see it.
