A31 Camera stopped working
The camera started spinning on its own without working on the app. It has now started to stop spinning while the gears try to spin. The light with blink green then red and stay in this cycle until I unplug it. As soon as I plug it in again it starts this process all over.

Sounds like the camera is entering a power-on-self-test. After the camera is disconnected from the internet or experiences a power shortage, and when it goes back online, it'll rotate to all the angels to do a self-check.
It might appear to be like it's rotating on its own or scanning the room, but actually, it's just doing a self-check.
So, please check your router and the internet connection, make sure the power cable is inserted correctly, and this should be solved easily.
