can't link up to Wifi

I have tried since Oct 6th and I have had no luck hooking up this S21C camera. I did talk to someone in the Philippines and she said that it was compatible with the Galaxy 23 or 22. I have left messages and have wasted hours on something that should be easy.

My 30 days are about up to return the device. I know it is supposed to be set up with 2.4GHz. Does that mean I can't use it at all?
