This camera worked in when I was in Florida now that Iam in New York it says it’s not compatible with 5g .. do I need a new camera it’s only a year old .how do I configure. Thank you

  This is Blurams customer service, glad to provide assistance.

  We're very sorry to hear that, unfortunately, right now our devices don't support 5Ghz Wi-Fi signals, so please make sure your router is outputting a Wi-Fi signal that's 2.4 GHz.

  If you have questions about this step, please click here to learn more about the Wi-Fi band, or click here to learn about switching the router to 2.4 GHz.

  If you have a dual-band wireless router, please also make sure the SSID of the 2.4 GHz signal differs from the 5.0 GHz one so that the camera doesn't get confused.
