    Hi,

    This is the Blurams customer service team, glad to provide assistance.

    We're sincerely sorry for the inconvenience you've encountered. It's supposed to send a notification to your phone and after you click it, you'll be able to talk directly through the Blurams App. 

    If there's nothing on your phone, please make sure you allow the notifications and the App is active in the back stage.

    Also, a poor wifi signal will also lead to failure when calling, so please make sure the camera is set up correctly and you can watch the live stream without any problem.  

    If none of those are the problem, please contact support@blurams.com and provide the Mac address of your device so we can check for the issue, you may find it on the bottom of the camera.
