App on my phone will not open

The app on my phone will not open. After installation I received a msg that read Blurams closed because this app has a bug. Try updating this app after developer provides a fix for this error. I have uninstalled/reinstalled.. Still nothing The bug still there S21 samsung, S19 samsung, tablet lenovo
