Can't control camera from phone

Right now everything is back to normal, if your device still can't be controlled, please contact us at
support@blurams.com and please attach the Mac address so we can locate the server it's connected to and report this problem to our maintenance team.

Same here!!! Wtf. I have 3 cameras, 2 in The states and 1 out the country. My problem started today
