Right now everything is back to normal, if your device still can't be controlled, please contact us at

anche io ho riscontrato lo stesso problems.
la camera rimane ferma fissa e dando i comandi non si spista né a destra né a sinistra.
ho scritto all'assistenza ma non mi hanno risposto.

Everyone calm down. Its a bug issue. I have 3 cameras 1of them is 1 year old. The problem started yesterday or today. They will work again im sure.
