Camera noises and false alarms

Hi!

I have two questions:

1/ with my Blurams Dome Lite 2 camera, the sounds of "flowing" water and scratching started to be transmitted, which would turn it off here and there as a false signal. When I test it on the spot, it behaves normally and I can't hear anything. How can this noise that triggers the camera as a false alarm be removed?

2/ if he wants to buy a new camera and I have a cloud subscription with you, how can I transfer this subscription to a new camera?
