    It was a bug with the App, we fixed it last week. Please kindly update the App and check again.

    Right now everything is back to normal, if your device still can't be turned to high resolotion, please contact us at

    support@blurams.com and please attach the Mac address so we can locate the server it's connected to and report this problem to our maintenance team.
