What should I write?

📸Please describe the issue and send us a video or picture showing the problem. (please attach it to the E-mail or send us a video-sharing link)

Also, a Mac address would be helpful for us to diagnose the problem. It can be found on the label of the device or you may go to the Blurams App --> Preferences --> Technical Info. If you still have the package box, you may find it on the outside of the 📦 package box, too.
