Pan head control and SD card issues

The model of the camera is A31. Having problems with the app functionality that it can not operate the pan head control anymore. I tried everything reset the camera itself also tried deleting and reinstalling the app, as well as tried in a different device such as iPad/ phone. Result in no difference. With that being said I assume it’s the camera that’s having issues with the pan head control. One more problem is the sd card I have inserted inside but on the app setting it says “The system has detected the SD card, but cannot read the information of the SD card, please try to format it and then reinsert it.” I did what it ask me to do but resulting the still the same error message. Please help

  The Same Problem is occuring with my A31

  The SD Card is detected but is not readable. I've tried many things mentioned by booozhou as well as reformatting the SD Card into both FAT32 & exFAT on a computer as well as formatting on an older Android Phone with a SD Card slot to most likely exFAT. I have also gone outside of Blurams designated reformatting formats and have used NTFS which also does not appear to work.

  Even within the Blurams application I have attempted to reformat from the App however it fails every time.

  Please Help the both of us.
