  Once a month bluram has problem with the server,this is unacceptable!!

  We're sincerely sorry for the inconvenience you've encountered. 

  Blurams has many servers around the globe, most servers are stable. If your camera is running into server issues frequently, please contact support@blurams.com and report the issue, please attach the Mac address of the camera so we can locate which server it's connected to and diagnose the problem.

  The Mac address can be found in 3 different locations, please pick one that's most convenient to you.
  1, The label that's pasted to the outside of the camera.
  2, The label on the outer surface of the package box
  3, Blurams App→Preferences→OTHER→Technical info

  Taking a picture or a screenshot will be perfect, no need to type it.
